At Washougal Town Square, the future is green.

Washougal Town Square is among the first LEED certified developments in Southwest Washington.

The intention of Washougal Town Square is to present an environmentally responsible community venue. To that end, the Square embodies today's best environmental practices in building and design, construction and land use.

The Square is a two-story, single block mixed use development featuring a landscaped public plaza and an underground parking garage. It is designed and constructed to meet the green standards of the US Green Building Council's Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED)—the nationally recognized standard for environmentally friendly buildings. The Square is leading the way in Clark County as one of the first privately constructed commercial buildings to meet LEED standards.

LEED standards promote a whole-building approach to environmental sustainability by recognizing performance in five key areas of human and environmental health: sustainable development, water savings, energy efficiency, materials selection and indoor environmental quality.

Designed in coordination with the City of Washougal and the Downtown Washougal Revitalization Program, the Square aims to reestablish the downtown core by creating a pedestrian-centered livable community founded on sustainable practices.

The creator of Washougal Town Square, Lone Wolf Development, is committed to environmentally responsible urban planning and development. Lone Wolf and the project team designed, engineered and constructed the Square to serve as a model of environmentally sustainable mixed-use urban development.

The goal of Lone Wolf Development, at the end of the day, is to inspire by creating buildings that respect the relationship between people, the community and our natural surroundings.
